At Ekveer, we aim to get your custom-printed T-shirts to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, processing, and delivery.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During high-demand periods (festive seasons, sales, or promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Orders: Free Shipping for orders above ₹199.
  • International Orders: Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.


Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs).
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@ekveer.in. with your order number.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. For lost shipments, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
